As an accredited Investment Advisor since the year 2000, I have assisted clients and small businesses with financial forecasting, cash-flow management and personalized financial planning needs. All skills are supportive and essential for a City Councilman’s toolbox.

Since 2024, I’ve co-chaired the City Council Budget Committee with Councilmember Kraut. I understand the importance of careful planning and fiscal responsibility, also the need to complete projects on time and on budget.

Public service is a personal calling that’s been very important to me. I am proud of the following endeavors, all of which I have found personally fulfilling because of the tangible impact they’ve had on our community.

  • 1975-1985 Co-Chair for the United Jewish Fund 501(c)(3)
  • 2010-2022 President of the Greater Mulwood HA
  • 2014-2022 Chaired The Foundation 501(c)(3) for Pierce College
  • 2014-2017 Accepted Appointment by Calabasas Mayor, Mary Sue Maurer, to the Calabasas Senior Center Task Force. Participated in the design, construction, and prompt completion of what has become an iconic building at our Civic Center Campus.
  • 2022 Elected to the Calabasas City Council. Served on the following Committee Appointments:
    • Budget Committee
    • Valley Economic Alliance Board Member and Finance Committee member
    • Clean Power Alliance Board Member and Finance Committee member
    • Mayors Youth Council
    • Member, Calabasas Chamber of Commerce
    • Calabasas Commerce Foundation Golf Committee

If re-elected to the City Council, I will continue to advocate for our community in these important ways:

Focus on public safety, crime prevention, early fire detection and suppression.

Continue to listen to and encourage all voices and comments from residents and community groups.

Continue to be a watchdog over our precious environment.

Apply my business experience to continue to bring about sensible creative solutions toward economic development and land-use matters that serve our city best.

Commit to full transparency within our City government.

Support our local schools, student safety and funding initiatives.

I’d love to continue supporting our community as your Councilmember. Can you help?
